Quick Fixes (Try These First!)
- 1.Refresh the page - Press Ctrl+R (Windows) or Cmd+R (Mac)
- 2.Clear your browser cache - Go to Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data
- 3.Try a different browser - Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
- 4.Disable browser extensions - Ad blockers and privacy extensions can interfere
Common Issues & Solutions
"Sad Face" or Error Page
If you see a sad face emoji or error message when trying to access the site, this usually means you need to create an account first.
Solution:
- Go to the homepage
- Click any "Sign Up Free" or activity generation button
- Complete the account creation process
- Return to the page you were trying to access
CAPTCHA "Verify you are human" Keeps Failing
The security verification (Cloudflare CAPTCHA) may fail repeatedly due to browser settings or network issues.
Solutions:
- Enable cookies: Settings → Privacy → Allow cookies from all sites
- Disable VPN: Turn off any VPN or proxy services temporarily
- Try incognito/private mode: This disables extensions that might interfere
- Switch networks: Try mobile data instead of WiFi (or vice versa)
- Update your browser: Use the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari
Stuck in Login Loop (Keeps Redirecting)
If you click login and get redirected back to the login page repeatedly, cookies are likely blocked.
Solutions:
- Enable third-party cookies: Settings → Privacy → Allow third-party cookies
- Whitelist manus.im: Add manus.im and nvidiamaxima.com to allowed sites
- Check browser privacy settings: Disable "Strict" tracking protection
- Clear all cookies: Settings → Privacy → Clear cookies and site data
Google/Microsoft/Apple Login Not Working
Social login buttons (Google, Microsoft, Apple) may not work if popups are blocked or you're not logged in to those services.
Solutions:
- Allow popups: Click the popup blocker icon in your address bar and allow popups
- Log in to Google/Microsoft/Apple first: Open a new tab and sign in to your account
- Use email login instead: Enter your email address and follow the email verification link
- Check popup blocker extensions: Disable extensions like uBlock Origin temporarily
Didn't Receive Verification Email
If you signed up with email but didn't receive the verification link, check these common issues.
Solutions:
- Check spam/junk folder: Look for emails from manus.im or [email protected]
- Wait 5-10 minutes: Email delivery can sometimes be delayed
- Check email address: Make sure you entered the correct email
- Whitelist sender: Add manus.im to your email contacts or safe senders list
- Try a different email: Use Gmail, Outlook, or another major provider
